Every engagement starts with a free, no-obligation 30–45 minute discovery call. What happens after that depends on the shape of the work.
Fixed-Price Project
One clear price for one clear deliverable, locked in before work starts.
- SMB sites & digital presence: ~R6,000–R20,000 once-off
- Business systems & automation builds: ~R35,000–R150,000+ depending on complexity
- Scope, timeline, and price confirmed in a signed Statement of Work before any work begins
Monthly Retainer
Ongoing work, one predictable monthly invoice.
- Hosting, small updates & uptime monitoring (care plan): ~R1,500–R2,500/month
- Ongoing business systems & automation work: ~R8,000–R25,000/month
- Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice
Day-Rate / Larger Fixed Project
For cloud architecture, FinOps, and AI implementation at scale.
- For organisations with real infrastructure spend and risk, not a small local build
- Priced as a day-rate or a larger fixed-project quote, benchmarked to standard consulting rates
- Confirmed after a scoping conversation, not off a rate card
Paid Discovery / Audit
A proper assessment for larger engagements, not a free guess.
- Fixed-fee scoping engagement for Tier 3 cloud/FinOps/AI work
- 50% of the fee is credited against your first invoice if you proceed
- Only used where the free discovery call isn't enough to quote confidently
Equity-for-Build
For products with real standalone upside, considered case-by-case.
- Cash-plus-equity hybrid, alongside a substantial cash fee, not pure equity-for-build
- Cash-scope and equity-scope deliverables are defined separately, in writing
- Vesting is tied to accepted milestones, not just time elapsed
