ByTheodore works across the full delivery lifecycle: advising on the right approach, designing the solution, and implementing it end to end, including ongoing cloud support engineering once a platform is live.

Every engagement is discovery-led: understanding the systems and constraints already in place, not prescribing a solution before looking. Security and data residency are part of the first design conversation, not an afterthought bolted on before launch. And delivery is iterative: working software at every stage, reviewed and adjusted as we go, rather than a single release at the very end.

The spark behindByTheodore
ByTheodore started with a simple frustration: too many cloud and automation projects get proposed beautifully and delivered badly. Its founder spent years doing the hands-on work of migrating, securing, and automating production systems, and kept seeing the same gap between what consultants promise and what actually ships. ByTheodore exists to close that gap: real infrastructure, real automation, delivered by someone who has done the work, not just diagrammed it.
